Bryan K. Hogue is the former Managing Partner of Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP. He has been a lawyer for over 35 years and concentrates his practice in the representation of business owners and closely held businesses concerning their general business matters, estate, tax and business succession planning.
Currently Chairing the Business Department at CPM, Bryan oversees a comprehensive range of services for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business organizations. In the past, he served as the Practice Group Leader of the Family Wealth Planning practice group, offering integrated income, gift, estate, and wealth transfer planning for individuals, business executives, and business owners.
Bryan received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) in accounting from Wittenberg University in 1981. He received his law degree (J.D.) from Capital University in 1985 with Order of the Curia honors.
Bryan is recognized as a “Best Lawyer in America” by Best Lawyers® for Closely Held Companies, Family Business Law and Trusts & Estates (2013, 2018-2024).
