Bryan K. Hogue has over 39 years of experience, focusing on the representation of business owners and closely held businesses in general business matters, estate and tax planning, and business succession planning. He has a deep understanding of the unique legal needs of entrepreneurs and executives, helping them navigate complex legal matters to achieve their business and personal goals.
Bryan previously served as the Managing Partner of Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP and, until recently, chaired the Business Department at CPM. In this role, he oversaw a broad range of services for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities. His prior experience also includes leading the Family Wealth Planning practice group, where he provided integrated income, gift, estate, and wealth transfer planning for individuals, business executives, and business owners.
Bryan received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) in accounting from Wittenberg University in 1981. He received his law degree (J.D.) from Capital University in 1985 with Order of the Curia honors.
Bryan is recognized as a “Best Lawyer in America” by Best Lawyers® for Closely Held Companies, Family Business Law and Trusts & Estates (2013, 2018-2024).
