How to enter: “Follow” the Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) page on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and watch the virtual video tour of the new Grandview Yard office. After the video is complete, send a direct message to CPM via your preferred social media platform with (1) the time in the video that you saw the portrait of CPM Founding Member, Richard V. Patchen, in the Community Room and (2) your e-mail address. Only one entry per participant is allowed. The Grand Prize is a $100 Visa eGift Card that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. By submitting a contest entry, it is an acknowledgment of your acceptance of these Official Rules. No cash or other prize substitution will be provided. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of Winner.

Eligibility: The “Find the Founder” contest is open to legal residents of Ohio and Florida who are age 18 years or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. CPM attorneys, employees, and their family members (parents, siblings, spouses, and descendants) are not eligible to win.

Publicity: By entering this contest, you understand and agree that CPM may publish your name in any promotions, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Contest Period and Acceptance of Prize: Entries will be accepted from June 4, 2020 to June 18, 2020 (both dates inclusive). The winner will be chosen on June 19, 2020 by a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 18, 2020. The winner will be notified by e-mail within five (5) days. CPM shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to timely return prize release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and CPM in connection with this contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its choice of law provision.
