Richard Patchen Community Room

We welcome community organizations to use our Richard Patchen Community Room, located in the Grandview Yard. It is available to clients, community groups, non-profits, organizations, and businesses at no charge. This comfortable and modern meeting space seats up to 10 guests and features frosted glass on the windows for added privacy.

The room is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm

Care and Use of the Room

We honor reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis. To request or cancel the use of the Richard Patchen Community Room, please fill out the form to the right.

  • Guests may bring their own non-alcoholic drinks, no catering or food permitted 
  • The firm does not provide AV services. Limited technology is provided in the conference room including, 
    • Wi-fi access 
    • Power outlets 
    • Conference phone 
  • If there are damages that occur while using a conference room, the organization using it will be held responsible 
  • Bathrooms and drinking fountains are located on each floor near the elevators 
  • Convenient handicap and guest parking is available in the lot north of the building and on the side of the building 
  • Health and safety is important to us, before visiting please see our current COVID-19 health and safety measures.
