Bryan Pritikin, a Partner in Carlile Patchen & Murphy’s Litigation Practice Group, specializes in complex business, construction, contract, and commercial litigation. He represents individual and corporate clients in disputes related to business, partnerships, contracts, fiduciary duties, fraud, and more. Bryan also handles probate, estate, and trust litigation, including will and trust contests and executor removal actions. He regularly appears before trial and appellate courts, arbitration tribunals, and regulatory boards.
Bryan aims for the best outcomes by developing tailored litigation strategies and building strong client relationships through frequent communication. His pre-trial diligence and analytical approach ensure focused and persuasive advocacy, making him a proven advocate in all phases of civil litigation. With CPM’s diverse practice capabilities, Bryan meets his clients’ needs in any litigation context.
Bryan received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University Law School where he received the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) award for Advanced Trial Advocacy.
At Capital, Bryan founded and served as President of the Military Law Society and served on the International Criminal Law Moot Court team, which was awarded the best defense brief at competition. Bryan drafted and successfully lobbied for the implementation of the civil and criminal litigation concentrations to Capital University Law School’s curriculum and served as the Regional Lt. Governor of Central Ohio for the ABA/LSD 6th Circuit.
Bryan is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus bar associations and is a member of multiple sections.
Bryan achievements include being recognized as a “Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine in 2018 and 2019.
Active in his community, Bryan is the past chair of Veterans Companion Animal Services and volunteers with the Central Ohio Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. A former paratrooper stationed at the 82nd Airborne Division, Bryan remains committed to sharing his expertise with local businesses and the legal community.
