Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryan M. Pritikin to Partner.
“Excellent character and pursuit of excellence are qualities we look for in our partners. Bryan has met every challenge with poise and acumen, and we wish Bryan enduring success to be part of his journey,” said Matt Brown, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Bryan joined Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP in October 2017 and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine in 2018 and 2019.
Bryan serves as both plaintiff and defense counsel and focuses his practice on resolving complex civil and commercial disputes and business torts, claims for contract breach, fraud, fiduciary duties, and other business litigation issues. Bryan is frequently called upon to litigate estate and trust issues such as will and trust contests, executor and trustee removal actions, and other probate issues surrounding undue influence and financial exploitation. He routinely appears before trial and appellate courts at federal and state levels, arbitration panels, and regulatory and administrative boards and commissions. Bryan prides himself on building strong client relationships through frequent client contact, and his pre-trial diligence translates to focused and persuasive trial advocacy.
Bryan is involved and often shares his expertise with local businesses and the legal community. He stays active in his community by volunteering for the Central Ohio Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. As a veteran assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division, Bryan was pleased to have served as Board Chair for Veterans Companion Animal Services.
