Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) is pleased to welcome Oney Snyder as an Associate Attorney in our Commercial Law Practice Group. “We are thrilled to welcome Oney to our team and he is a great addition to our firm,” said CPM’s Managing Partner, Bryan Hogue. “He will strengthen our real estate practice group and will focus on assisting our clients with real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, development and a variety other real estate matters. He will also be part of Cornerstone Title Agency, our title company.” His law practice will focus on representing commercial businesses. He will help CPM’s clients meet their legal real estate needs which include – buying and selling, landlords and tenants, developers in all phases of construction, sales and leasing, financing, zoning and land use.
Before joining CPM, Oney was an Associate Attorney at two Cleveland based firms McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co, LPA and Collins & Scanlon LLP. In each role, he focused on a broad range of transactional matters for clients, including general corporate, estate planning, and commercial real estate development and leasing.
Oney received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Cornell University where he was also a member of the men’s DI varsity wrestling team. Subsequently, he received his juris doctorate (J.D.) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he graduated in the top 10% of his class with summa cum laude honors.
Oney lives in Columbus with his wife, daughter and two basset hounds. In his free time, Oney fuels his creative side with illustration and graphic design projects for businesses and individuals. He also really enjoys playing and collecting board games.
