Richard Yost practices litigation, banking and finance law at Carlile Patchen and Murphy. He focuses on creditors' rights: providing comprehensive collections and litigation services in areas including Commercial, Retail, and Subrogation law.
Rick joined CPM in November 1999.

Rick is a member of the Board of Directors for the American Alliance of Creditor Attorneys. He is currently a member and serves on the Banking, Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Municipal Court and Bankruptcy Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. He is also a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the Ohio Creditor's Attorney Association and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.

Rick received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1968 and his law degree from Capital University School of Law in 1972.
