John Wilkerson practices banking, finance, and real estate law at Carlile Patchen & Murphy law with an emphasis on commercial real estate financing. He is also President of Cornerstone Title Agency, Carlile Patchen & Murphy's affiliated title agency. 

John joined CPM in January 1990. He previously served as in-house counsel for a financial institution. 

Professional Association and Memberships

Currently, John is a member of the Ohio Land Title Association. He has lectured for the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio Legal Center Institute on Lender's Counsel and Real Estate issues.

John is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Real Property Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Trustees of The Discovery District Special Improvement District.

John received his undergraduate degree in accounting from The Ohio State University in 1976 and his law degree from Capital University in 1981.

Personal Interests

John enjoys playing golf, exercising and spending time with his family. He is also heavily involved with his church, The Crossing Community Church, in Hilliard.
