John Einstein practices general business law, health care law, business litigation, entertainment law, and securities at Carlile Patchen & Murphy. He also handles ERISA (Employment Retirement Income Security Act) matters.
John joined CPM in September 2004. He began his law practice in Huntington, West Virginia (“GO HERD!”). He has lectured at continuing legal education courses on business entities and tax planning.
John is a member of the American and Columbus Bar Associations, and he is an inactive member of the West Virginia Bar Association.
John has received the Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV® Preeminent™.*
John is currently admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Ohio, West Virginia, and the United States Tax Court.
John received his undergraduate degree from the Emory & Henry College in 1990. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1996.
John enjoys listening to heavy metal, weight lifting, playing video games, and cooking.
